About Choofie

Delivery

All Choofie orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped via Australia Post to all areas of Australia. Any order placed after 3 pm on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday unless a public holiday falls on that Monday it will be sent out on the Tuesday As delivery times vary from area to area it is expected that your package will arrive within 7 days. If you require a more immediate form of delivery simply contact us on info@choofie.com.au.

For international deliveries a flat rate of $10 AUD is charged for shipping and handling. All deliveries are registered (must be signed for) and take 5-7 business days to receive once product is dispatched. All international orders do not pay Australian 10% GST. Return Policy for Online Shopping

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase feel free to return the item back to us in it’s original “new and unused” condition within 14 days of goods being dispatched. This means goods in original packaging, intact, with tags intact, blanket unwashed, unused and unsoiled. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements.

If  a refund is needed feel free to email us at info@choofie.com.au to notify us you are returning the item. Post the item back to us and we will refund you once we have received the goods in their original condition. You will be refunded the same method of which you paid, excluding a 15% restocking fee. Postage on return is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Faulty Goods

All orders are checked by hand prior to being sent and all care taken. Unfortunately faults do happen and we will happily exchange your product or give you a refund for a blanket proven to be faulty.

 

Damaged Items

A great deal of care is taken in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged in transit through Australia Post, we can not accept responsibility. All complaints are to be forwarded to Australia Post.

 

Product Colour

Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way the blankets appear on the viewing monitor. Choofie can not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. We always make every effort to display our blankets as clearly and accurately as possible.
